Refund policy

Sale Items Returns

All sale purchases are eligible for exchange (subject to availability) or store credit only.
Refunds to the original payment method are not available for any discounted sale items.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for:

  • Alternative sizes

  • Alternative colours

  • Alternative styles of equal or greater value (price difference applies)

All items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • With hygiene stickers and tags still attached

  • Returned within 20 days of delivery date (tracking number provided for all orders)

Store Credit

If you’re unsure about which item you want, you may request a store credit instead of an exchange.
Store credit does not expire and will be issued once your returned item is received and inspected.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
For exchanges being sent back to you, a small reshipping fee may apply.

Non-Sale Exchange Policy (Online Store Only)

I am located in the Australia, what is your return policy?

  • We happily accept returns in 100% original condition (unused, unworn, unwashed and unaltered) with all tags and liners attached for either a refund, store credit, or a one-time size only exchange.
  • All return requests must be made within 21 days after the date of delivery.         
  • We do not refund any shipping fees.
  • First time online customers are entitled to one complimentary postage label for size, style or credit exchange.
  • All customers that wish to refund their order must cover the postage cost to send the item back to us.
  • You should use a traceable delivery method for all returns to ensure your delivery is safely returned to us. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels returned to us.
  • All swimwear must be tried on over underwear for hygiene. Do not remove the hygiene seal on swimwear as returns will not be accepted if removed.
  • Credits do not expire and can be used on any item/s on our website.
  • ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL AND CAN ONLY BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED FOR STORE CREDIT. 
  • Full Price Body Jewellery can only be returned for store credit
  • Gift Cards and Credits cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
  • Free Gifts cannot be exchanged or returned. 

I am an international customer, what is your return policy?

This policy applies to any location outside of Australia.

  • We happily accept returns in original condition (unused, unworn, unwashed and unaltered) with tags and liners attached for a refund back to the original payment method for the item returned or a store credit.
  • All return requests must be made within 30 days after the date of delivery.
  • The refund will be processed within 14 business days from the delivery date of the returned package.
  • We do not offer exchanges for international purchases. We do not refund back shipping, taxes, or duties and we do not cover the return postage fees. 
  • You should use a traceable delivery method for all returns to ensure your delivery is safely returned to us. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels returned to us
  • All customers that wish to refund their order must cover the postage cost to send the item back to us.

  • Store Credits expire within 12 months and can be used on any item/s on our website.
  • ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL, THERE IS NO EXCHANGE OR REFUNDS ON SALE ITEMS.

  • The refund will be processed within 14 business days from the delivery date of the returned package.
  • Gift Cards cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
